Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
JND Frith Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This notice explains how we use personal information when you visit this website, make an enquiry, arrange an introductory call or become a mentoring client.
Who we are
JND Frith Ltd, Company No. 08235409, VAT Registration No. 163 5209 20. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 27 Whirlow Park Road, Sheffield, S11 9NN. Contact: jndfrith@aol.com / 07703 257850.
Information we may collect
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, information you provide about your property-development experience, projects, ambitions and timescales, correspondence with us, and information needed to administer a mentoring relationship and payments.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and conduct introductory calls, assess whether our mentoring service may be suitable, provide and administer mentoring services, maintain business records, manage payments and invoices, and meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, we expect to rely principally on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and administering our mentoring business. If we later introduce optional direct marketing that requires consent, we will obtain that consent where required.
Who we may share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information where reasonably necessary with service providers that support our business, such as website hosting, email, video-call, appointment-booking, accounting or professional-adviser services, and with authorities where required by law. The website may use a hosting and form-processing provider to receive enquiries submitted through the contact form. That provider processes the information only as needed to provide the website and form service. Any future booking or analytics provider will be reflected in this policy before it is introduced.
International access and transfers
Jonathan may work while temporarily abroad. Business information may therefore be accessed while he is outside the UK. Some technology providers may also process information outside the UK. Before launch, this section will be checked against the actual providers used and any applicable transfer safeguards will be described where required.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, administering client relationships and satisfying legal, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. Before launch, JND Frith Ltd should confirm its practical retention periods so these can be stated more precisely.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. To exercise a right, contact jndfrith@aol.com.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may have the right to object to our use of your personal information.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we use your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
